Kroger And TSA Sponsor Free Flu Shots

The Kroger Family of Pharmacies, The Little Clinic and The Salvation Army are committed to helping you stay healthy this season and fight the flu. The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) is now recommending that everyone age 6 months and over get a flu shot. Kroger is making flu vaccine available at more than 1,900 of our in-store pharmacies with NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY. Flu vaccines are administered by our own Certified Immunizing Pharmacists.

To assist individuals in obtaining an immunization this flu season, Kroger is partnering with The Salvation Army to offer no cost vaccinations to eligible individuals, beginning December 5th, 2010. December 5th also coincides with the CDC’s National Influenza Vaccination Week.

To obtain a free flu shot, simply apply for a voucher from our Salvation Army Social Services, and take that voucher to any of the participating Kroger Family of Pharmacies or The Little Clinic Locations.
